Use of social media can facilitate the development of social work and the service quality in diversified settings. However, how can we utilize the online platform appropriately when facing a lot of formidable difficulties? In light of the information provided by Social Work License Organization, a social work is preferable to consider several questions before using the social networking site to engage their service users, which include client confidentiality, personal-professional boundaries, and legal liabilities. A social worker, who mistakenly used his or her private account on social networking site, will cause a breach of rules and regulations ultimately.
